North Shore Landing is a 58-acre RV resort with lake frontage located on Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia. The park was initially developed with a distinctive “Railroad Theme” in the spring of 1988 in response to tremendous recreational growth around Lake Oconee and acquired by Travel Resorts of America in the spring of 2016.
Lake Oconee and, its sister lake, Lake Sinclair, are formed by the Wallace Dam over the Oconee River. Lake Oconee covers 18,971 acres and has 374 miles of shoreline and it offers a pristine body of water for boating and swimming. It is recognized as the premier fishing lake in the state where Bass, Crappie, Catfish and Hybrids are both plentiful and large.
